Usually Filipino people we are not tall as American, most especially women even our men. When I was young I always wish that I am tall so that I can be a model, sounds funny but it’s true.  My height still bothered me sometimes because I was born petite and small. Is height something that you think about on a daily basis? Do you wish you were taller? Well if you are like most women and men that want to learn a few ways in which you can increase your height then you need to continue reading. There are many things you can do which will help you effectively grow taller. All you need to do is start following a few simple tips at home. Here some tips that might help us to grow more.

* First is Exercise – If you want to grow taller then you first need to become a bit more flexible. And exercise is the best thing. Try things like stretching or even yoga. They are all great ways in which you can become more flexible quickly.

* Second is Eat healthy – If you know you are eating nothing but foods high in fat and sugar then you need to stop. They will not help you increase your height at all. Instead all they will do is stunt your growth instead. So what you should be doing is begin eating things like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and dairy. Things like these are what will effectively help you grow taller fast.

* Third is Have Enough Sleep. Getting a good night sleep is another important step in growing taller. You will need to be getting at least 8-9 hours every night if you want to successfully get rid of that stress and strain. So make sure you do what you can so that you will be able to get that much sleep each night.

These are the three things that we need to do so that you grow taller. There is no reason for you to have keep living your life being short. Instead all you have to do is begin following a few simple tips that will help you increase your height. If you are still young, you still have more possibility to grow more than the older person like me.
