* Frozen Casseroles – to freeze a casserole, line greased baking pan with heavy-duty foil, fill and freeze. Use foil to lift casserole from pan, store in large freezer bag. Return to pan for baking.
* Shortcut Marinade – freeze meat and liquid marinade together in food container. The meat will marinade as it defrost then cook as usual.
* Perfect pasta pronto – under-cook pasta slightly, drain then mix with sauce and freeze. When reheated, it will be perfectly cooked.
* Fast fresh cookies – scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto small cookie sheets then freeze. Transfer frozen dough to freezer bags and bake as needed.
