Everybody is concerned about health and all the risk of getting cancer. There is a study that has been done that found in women who ate red meats, deserts, refined grains and fatty foods were at 46 percent more likely to get colon cancer. This is to me an astounding rate or percentage of people, mostly women. They have also found that in these foods there is a high concentration of carcinogenic substances and increased insulin secretion from the deserts and refined grains.

The safe way to help your health is to eat more poultry, fish products, whole grains and produce. This hopefully will keep you from falling into the 46 percent of women getting cancer.
