Kids might like this and love it!
* Make Whipped Potatoes and stir in a roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese or caramelized onions.
* Broil Asparagus and top with shaved or crumbled Parmesan or other cheese of your choice.
* Steam Broccoli or Cauliflower or a mix of the two and serve with simple cheese sauce ( as easy as melting cheddar in a bit of milk ). Or roast cauliflower to bring out its natural sweetness.
* Bake Sweet Potatoes and top with toasted pecans, brown sugar and dried cranberries. Make sweet potatoes fries by tossing sliced sweet potatoes in olive oil and baking in 400F oven.
